For a set call-out fee, we’ll come to you. This fee includes up to 30 minutes of diagnostic time, during which we will:
Identify what’s happening and why
Determine which parts may need replacement
Provide you with a clear, itemised repair quote
You’ll also receive a detailed report by email, regardless of whether you choose to go ahead with the repair.
If the issue requires more complex diagnosis that goes beyond the initial 30 minutes, we’ll let you know right away. At that point, you can decide whether to continue at our standard labor rate.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please provide at least 2 hours’ notice before your appointment. Otherwise, the full call-out fee will still apply.
